Editors - An End Has A Start

I always thought that the Editors should have won the Mercury Music Prize back in 2006. Not because the Arctic Monkeys piss me off no end, but because the Editors' dreamy guitars and Interpol-esque vocals really hit the spot for me.

An end has a start is a totally different offering than previous single Smokers outside the hospital doors. It is more frantic and fast paced, with extremely sincere lyrics and after a few listens I realised that it made me think of a poppier, sparklier Joy Division. I absolutely loved it upon the first listen and couldn't resist playing it again and again, much to the chagrin of my next door neighbours. I bet they're Arctic Monkey fans though.

Overall

What next?More by Editors? More reviews? More indie, or rock?
