Natalie Imbruglia - Glorious

I have to admit that I had to stifle a bit of a giggle when I found out that Natalie Imbruglia had a best of out. No offence to the lady, she's done very well for herself since she left Neighbours and out of all the Antipodean soapstars who have tried to break into the music industry she's certainly gone the distance, but I can't name any songs that she has done since 1998's "Left of the Middle".

I've always thought that Natalie Imbruglia has had a very good voice, very natural, very pretty and I loved her when she was in her funky, indie phase back in the day. Glorious is a jangly summery ballad with well-thought out lyrics about the joy of being in a relationship, but is instantly forgettable. Still, it's better than anything Delta Goodrem's ever done and in that, we can all rejoice.

Overall

What next?More by Natalie Imbruglia? More reviews? More pop?
