Review: Natasha Bedingfield - I Wanna Have Your Babies22 May, 2007 — Hazel Gardner

You can't help but feel a little sorry for Natasha's boyfriend when you hear this song. 'Don't worry dear, it's meant to be a funny song, it's not real' she must be saying, as the poor man edges away slowly.

Natasha Bedingfield - I Want To Have Your Babies

Believe it or not, I Wanna Have Your Babies is about how Natasha is so head-over-heels about someone, yes, she in fact wants to have his babies. But through fear of scaring him off, she is trying to keep her feelings under wraps. Let's hope he doesn't listen to the radio then...

In all seriousness, this is an ok song. It gets better after a few listens, but it is pure pop music without much depth. And, quite frankly, the bit at the end where she repeatedly says 'babies' in a slightly deranged way, is nothing short of terrifying.

In short, a decent song, as far as pop music goes. But she loses marks for being a Bedingfield.

Overall
