Funky dance production group Supafly Inc had great success in the clubs with their Balearic-tinged single, Moving Too Fast, with decadent sampling and an ambience like an evening breeze. Finally breaking the charts, is it too late for a summer sizzler?
As the sun sets on a dull September's day, I fear any chance of a last-minute heatwave is long gone, so this summer hit is somewhat cooled. Just as well it's toured the clubs this summer already, then - but this single release simply serves as a reminder of the pleasant weather just passed.
The track, then, is nice - sexy, funky - everything a dance track should be. Production is slick, and perhaps most surprisingly of all - the vocalists appear to have a modicum of talent. Highly unusual for a dance track!
