Nevada rockers The Killers are back with a second album, 'Sam's town' and the first single 'When you were young', with lyrics reminiscent of some of The Strokes music. Does this new American style sound wash well?

Like a denim-clad backside on leather pillion, this track rides along with a powerful guitar track and a well suited vocal style, and uplifiting melody, this is certainly a strong track that gets better after each listening.
If the rest of the album continues in this fashion, this should be a strong sophomore return by The Killers, and should cement their place as popular and influential artists for a long time in the foreseeable future.
Good song, expert execution - The Killers remain on form.

What next?More by The Killers? More reviews? More indie, or rock?
